The Terra-Cotta Garden Markers are 2 inch ceramic disks, suspended on 16 inch powder coated steel rods, slanted for easy viewing while standing.

Our genuine Appalachian Terra Cotta pottery is a delight, in both summer and winter, indoors or out.

The warm earth tones of Terra Cotta are a natural companion to the greens of summer. Colors and patterns, such as wisteria and pansy, create a delightful piece of garden art. And as with all our pottery, each piece is individually crafted and signed by master potter Susan. Our bird feeders and garden markers are designed for year-round outdoor use. It is recommended that you take our planters, hummingbird feeders and birdbaths in during the winter months.

Terra Cotta Bird Feeder

Designed to hold sunflower seeds or mixed birdseed. These attractive feeders come in two pattern styles—Wisteria or Pansy. They are also available in four color groups: pink, blue, yellow and purple (shown at left is the Pansy pattern in yellow). The colors are glazed on, and fired at 1900 degrees, creating waterproof ceramic terra cotta. The lid slides up on the white nylon cord for convenient filling. Our bird feeders are designed for year-round use.

Terra Cotta Bird Bath

12 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep. When water is added the color becomes a deep royal blue! White nylon cord is used for hanging. The color is glazed on and fired at 1900 degrees—and it will not wash off, fade, or peel. And of course it is waterproof! Our Bird Baths can double in the winter as birdfeeders if hung under a covered area such as a porch or overhang, and will provide you and the birds many years of lasting pleasure.

Terra Cotta Hummingbird Feeder

Hummingbirds are attracted to the ultraviolet spectrum, and our feeders are glazed in four bright, permanent colors—blue, purple, pink, or yellow, and are available in the Wisteria or Pansy pattern. Each feeder is handpainted in seven layers of color to give a pleasing impressionistic effect. The interior is glazed to prevent evaporation and fired to 1900 degrees. Tags included with each feeder give directions for use, and a nectar formula.

Terra Cotta Planters

Bright and colorful, our Planters are sure to be a welcome addition to any decor! Planters are approximately six inches in diameter and include a drip tray for drainage. Rim styles are plain or fluted, and patterns available are Wisteria or Pansy in color groups of pink, blue, yellow or purple.

As with all Rock Riffle Run Terra-Cotta garden pottery, our planters are fired to 1900 degrees creating waterproof ceramic for summer sun. We recommend bringing planters in during the winter months.
