Are there shipping charges?
Standard shipping costs are 10 percent of the cost of the order for shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S.

Order Processing
We will review each order that you have placed which generally takes 24 hours to process before your order is shipped.

Packaging and Delivery
Our pottery is shipped in specially designed boxes to ensure no breakage during delivery. The box is cushioned with excelsior foam and bubble pack to preserve the pottery from breakage. We ship all orders via UPS (door-to-door service). Upon shipping you will be notified via e-mail of your order's shipping details. We must stress that all deliveries must be made to a physical address—no P.O. BOX addresses can be accepted.

Import Taxes & Duties
For orders outside the U.S., customers are responsible for all duties and import taxes. This cost is not calculated into the cost of your purchases. However, import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. UPS handles the customs clearance and will deliver right to your door step.
